Varsity Spirit
Varsity Spirit is a $1B a year company with a 90% hold on the cheerleading market, credited with revolutionizing the sport into the highly competitive feat of athleticism it is today. With a competition season running from January to June every year and hundreds of cheer camps across the country, Varsity has reached nearly 3M in-person participants across their events. With so much downtime at events, Foundation Media has identified the opportunity to amplify music, publishing & film/television properties to event-attendees.
Having been signed with Foundation since 2022, Varsity Spirit has identified entertainment as the main way they plan to diversify and expand their brand footprint. This includes the launching of a production studio, with a major scripted feature written by Shauna Cross as the lead off project. The feature is best described as Dirty Dancing set against the backdrop of highly competitive college cheerleading.
Beyond their reach in the cheer and dance space, Varsity is also directly tied to schools. They provide yearbooks, graduation wear, class rings and sports uniforms to students across the country. Their direct line of contact with their consumers fuels the way Foundation has shaped the company’s entertainment strategy, both from a story perspective as well as distribution and means of communicating key initiatives. Foundation will continue to evaluate this space and identify unique alignment opportunities such as bespoke playlists embedded into school yearbooks.
In 2025 Varsity will also announce the launch of the first ever professional cheerleading league. Media rights for this venture are exclusively represented by Foundation Media.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Foundation Media’s partnership with Build-A-Bear began with traditional entertainment initiatives, but quickly evolved into a broader, more strategic collaboration. The strength of our creative alignment and innovative approach led to the formation of Build-A-Bear Entertainment—a fully integrated studio and a key driver of success for the multigenerational brand. Our joint mission has been to develop original IP within the Build-A-Bear universe and to shape corporate strategies that not only align with the entertainment landscape but also enhance the brand’s experiential retail model. Today, Build-A-Bear Entertainment operates as a fully functioning studio—capable of financing, developing, and producing original content that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Over the course of this partnership, FMP has had a hand in guiding BAB into some of their most profitable years. We’ve done this by elevating the value of their own IP through entertainment initiatives, securing major franchise licenses, and helping them align with other brands that match their core values.

Foos Gone Wild
Foos Gone Wild (FGW) is a pop culture powerhouse, known for its barrio-based comedy, with over 3 million Instagram followers and 31 million YouTube views. Their content blends viral videos, original songs, and skits featuring the face of FGW, Lil Mr. E. With over 500 million views on Instagram and 85 million pages reached in the last 90 days, FGW continues to captivate audiences both online and at live events.
